  • "Business" refers to any entity that registers with One Call to offer promotions, discounts, or participate in customer engagement programs.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use One Call's Services. By using One Call, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Your use of One Call will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are not prohibited from using One Call under any applicable laws.
3. One Call's Role and Limitations
  • One Call is a marketing platform that connects businesses with consumers. It does not own, control, or assume responsibility for any products, services, transactions, or disputes between users and businesses.
  • One Call does not guarantee the availability, validity, or performance of any discount vouchers, promotions, or business offers.
  • One Call is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, offers, or business claims listed on its platform.
  • One Call does not process payments for third-party businesses and is not responsible for refund, exchange, or warranty claims related to purchases made through the platform.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America (USA).
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, under USA arbitration laws.
  • Users waive their right to class-action lawsuits against One Call.
