1. Overview

The One Call Reward Card (also referred to as "voucher") is a promotional digital credit issued by One Call. It is designed to provide users with savings and exclusive benefits when engaging with businesses and services listed on the One Call platform.

2. Eligibility
  • Vouchers are available to users who meet specific criteria such as signing up, referring others, participating in campaigns, or purchasing qualifying plans.
  • Eligibility requirements may vary by campaign or region.
3. Usage Terms
  • Reward Cards may be redeemed only within the One Call app on participating offers, services, or businesses.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered user who received them.
  • Only one voucher can be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value outside the One Call platform.
4. Redemption Limits
  • Each voucher has a maximum redeemable value, typically ranging from five to one hundred dollars, depending on the offer or promotion.
  • Some vouchers may have category-specific or business-specific usage limits.
  • Users may be required to complete an action (such as downloading the app, entering an email, or verifying identity) before redemption.
5. Expiry and Validity
  • Vouchers may carry an expiration date. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended.
  • Validity is subject to business availability and geographic coverage of the One Call app.
6. Fraud and Abuse
  • One Call reserves the right to suspend or revoke vouchers in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of app terms.
  • Accounts found to be engaging in dishonest practices may be disqualified from future reward programs.
7. Business Redemption
  • Businesses accepting vouchers must have an active listing or plan with One Call and must honor voucher redemptions as per the agreed terms.
  • Businesses will have access to a reporting system to track redemptions and remaining voucher balances.
8. Modifications and Termination

One Call reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward program or voucher policy at any time without prior notice.
