Privacy Policy — Gas Tracker AI
Gas Tracker AI (“Gas Tracker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a fuel tracking and vehicle expense management application operated by One Call App LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, stored, and shared when you use the Gas Tracker AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using Gas Tracker AI, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on the features you use.
Account Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account identifier, country or region, preferences, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Vehicle and Fuel Information
To provide fuel tracking functionality, we may process information you enter or generate through the app, including vehicle details, odometer or mileage readings, fuel quantity, fuel type, fuel price, total fill-up cost, fuel efficiency, date and time of fill-ups, selected fuel station, fuel expense history, and related records.
Fuel Receipts and AI Receipt Scanning
If you use our receipt scanning feature, you may upload or photograph a fuel receipt.
Gas Tracker may process the image and information contained on the receipt to identify information such as the merchant or fuel station, date, amount paid, fuel quantity, fuel price, and other relevant transaction information.
Receipt images or extracted information may be transmitted to our servers or third-party technology providers where necessary to perform image recognition, OCR, AI processing, storage, or related functionality.
Users should avoid uploading receipts containing information unrelated to their fuel purchase that they do not wish to process.
Location Information
With your permission, Gas Tracker may access your device’s location to provide features such as:
- Finding nearby gas stations;
- Displaying relevant fuel stations and available prices;
- Identifying the location of a fill-up;
- Improving location-based search results; and
- Providing other location-related Gas Tracker features.
Depending on your device settings and the feature being used, location information may include approximate or precise location.
You can control location access through your device settings. Some features may not function correctly if location access is disabled.
Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including device type, operating system and version, app version, device or app identifiers, language, country or region, IP address, crash information, diagnostics, performance information, and interactions with app features.
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve Gas Tracker.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through Gas Tracker to:
- Provide and operate Gas Tracker;
- Create and maintain user accounts;
- Record and organize fuel purchases;
- Maintain fuel and mileage history;
- Calculate fuel consumption and efficiency;
- Generate reports and spending trends;

- Provide AI-assisted receipt recognition;
- Find nearby fuel stations;

- Improve Gas Tracker features and user experience;

- Send notifications when permitted;

3. AI Features
Gas Tracker uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies for certain features, including receipt processing and fuel-related insights.
When you use an AI-powered feature, relevant information may be processed by our systems or technology service providers to produce the requested result.
AI-generated results may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review important information, particularly amounts, fuel quantities, prices, dates, mileage, and other information extracted from receipts.
Gas Tracker’s insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as financial, mechanical, safety, or professional advice.
4. Fuel Prices and Station Information
Gas Tracker may obtain fuel station information, fuel prices, locations, or related information from third-party data providers, publicly available sources, users, or other sources.
Fuel prices and station information can change frequently. We do not guarantee that displayed prices, operating hours, availability, or other third-party information will always be accurate or current.
5. How We Share Information
We do not disclose personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate Gas Tracker, such as providers of:
- Cloud hosting and data storage;
- Authentication;
- Database services;
- Mapping and location services;
- Fuel station and fuel-price information;
- AI and machine-learning processing;
- Receipt recognition and OCR;
- Analytics;
- Crash reporting and diagnostics;
- Customer support;
- Email and notifications; and
- Payment and subscription infrastructure.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, or lawful government requests; protect our rights, users, property, or security; investigate fraud or misuse; or respond to emergencies involving potential harm.
If One Call App LLC or Gas Tracker is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are generally processed by the applicable platform provider.
Gas Tracker does not normally receive your complete payment-card information for purchases processed directly by Apple or Google.
The applicable platform provider’s privacy policy and payment terms govern its processing of your payment information.
We may receive information concerning your purchase or subscription, such as product purchased, subscription status, transaction identifier, renewal status, or entitlement information, as necessary to provide paid features.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics and diagnostic technologies to understand how Gas Tracker performs and how users interact with its features.
This information may include app sessions, feature interactions, device information, crashes, errors, and performance information.
We use this information to improve reliability, identify technical problems, understand feature usage, and improve the Services.
8. Notifications
With your permission, Gas Tracker may send push notifications concerning fuel tracking, reminders, reports, app functionality, subscriptions, savings opportunities, product updates, or other relevant information.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
Where required by law, marketing communications will be sent only with appropriate consent or another lawful basis.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information within a reasonable period, subject to information we are legally permitted or required to retain.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being automatically overwritten or deleted.

You may request deletion of your Gas Tracker account and associated personal information through the functionality provided within the app, where available, or by contacting us.
Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
Deleting the Gas Tracker application from your device does not necessarily delete your account or information stored on our servers.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information regarding how your data is processed.
You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent or object to certain processing where applicable.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.
You can also manage permissions such as location, camera, photos, and notifications through your device settings.
12. U.S. Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Gas Tracker will process applicable requests in accordance with relevant legal requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

One Call App LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

If Gas Tracker introduces advertising, cross-app tracking, advertising attribution, or third-party advertising technologies, this Privacy Policy and applicable consent mechanisms will be updated as necessary.
Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework or similar requirements apply, Gas Tracker will request the required permission before performing activities that require such consent.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Gas Tracker develops, our technology or service providers change, or applicable laws and regulatory requirements evolve.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date above.
For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.
Continued use of Gas Tracker after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
